[Fried Food] Assorted fried foods, Marinated spring cabbage

[Fish Dish] Grilled Spanish mackerel with kinome miso and spring garnish

[Meat Dish] Roast pork with piperade sauce and seasonal garnish

[Meal] Rice porridge with whitebait and seared mentaiko (spicy cod roe)
