[Sashimi] Sashimi of cherry snapper (farmed in Oita), Hokkaido octopus, and Matsu squid

[Simmered Dish] Bamboo shoot dumplings, Ouma bamboo shoots, deep-fried rockfish, and uguisu bean paste.

[Fried Food] Assorted fried foods, Marinated spring cabbage

[Fish Dish] Grilled Spanish mackerel with kinome miso and spring garnish

[Meat Dish] Slow-cooked grilled beef loin with seasonal garnish

[Meal] Spring-colored scattered sushi, boiled conger eel, cherry shrimp, cherry blossom denbu (sweetened fish flakes).

[Finishing Soup] Sea bream fishball soup with wakame seaweed, chopped green onions, and wheat gluten.

[Dessert] Two types of desserts today
